BACK TO LISTA total of eight banner collection bins made with Plusnel, an upcycled fiber panel developed by Sejinplus, were installed around Yecheon County Office and the Gyeongsangbuk-do Provincial Government buildings.
Yecheon County systematically collects and stores discarded banners—materials that are typically incinerated or landfilled—and upcycles them for various municipal applications.
Discarded banners are one of the raw materials used to produce Plusnel. This project visually demonstrates a circular upcycling process(A Visible Example of Circular Upcycling), in which used resources are collected, transformed into new materials, and returned to public use instead of being discarded.
